Porsche Carrera Cup Asia Round 9 & 10

Shanghai F1 Circuit 6th & 7Th October.

I qualified 8th.

Round 9

I dint get a good start but was able to overtake few on the first corner and finished 6th.

Round 10

The start was ok but half way through the race it started raining so I had to be extra careful not to loose points so took it easy and finished 6th.

As my car is a 2006 model and as I have not rebuilt the engine last year I cannot keep up on the straight with the other cars but as I will be buying a new car for next year decided to run with the same engine.

Porsche Carrera Cup Asia Round 11 & 12

3rd & 4th November

I qualified 9th which is worst of the season.

Round 11

I got a good start and on the first corner my cool box had come out and was hitting all over and I thought that was the end of the race I was thinking whether to come to the pits and take it off but while driving I was trying to hold it but luckily by the 6th lap the cool box got stuck under the panel board in the front and then I saw Geoff getting close to me and we had a good battle till the last and I was able to finish 5th which was really good.

Round 12

I didn’t get a good start but was 6th by the first corner but unfortunately William Connor lost control of his car and hit my right rear and the tire burst so I had to retire. But William was very nice to come and apologize as he such a nice person I could forgive only thing is now I am back in the 7th position because I couldn’t finish the race. After round 11 I was 6th and just 2 points behind Geoff any way Macau is the last race and I might be able to finish 6th in the championship if I finish 2 positions ahead Marchy. Any way I will try to do the best race in Macau.
