Malaysia GT Championship Round 2 Race 3 and 4.
Sepang F1 Circuit Malaysia 21st and 22nd May 2011.

I competed in the Round 2 of the Malaysian GT in my Lamborghini LP560.I was invited by Derana TV in Sri Lanka as a Judge for the Miss Sri Lanka contest which was held on the 19th as soon as I finished I had to rush to the air port to take the early flight to arrive in time for the race and from the KL air port I went straight to the circuit but I must thank Derana for inviting me it was an honour and was a very good experience.
I had a problem with the dash and I couldn't see any controls speed revs gears etc so we couldn't do any testing on the 20th. It was very difficult to drive but still I was fastest in Testing and also took Pole position on Saturday 21st. Weng brought his new Ferrari 458 GT3 and David Lai his newly upgraded Lamborghini which were much faster than my car.

Race 1.
I got a good start and got away in the first few laps and once I got a good lead slowed down the pace and won the race. David Lai was 2nd and Weng finished 3rd.

Race 2.
It was a wet race and I was praying for it as I had only 1 set of slick tires which I already used for qualifying and the 1 st race. Just 1 hour before the race it started raining and we also were able to fix the dash for the second race which really helped me a lot. Once again I got a good start and Weng was side by side with me for a lap and I slowly pulled away. After 5 laps I had a comfortable lead and won the race again. Weng was 2nd and David finished 3rd. I was so happy to win both races from pole and four races in a row. I was also able to prove that I could win either in dry or wet conditions. The other cars were much faster in the straight. My mechanics did a great job although we didn't have our chief engineer. After waiting for so long I got a sponsor from Sri Lanka Browns Group and I am very grateful to them for making this decision I hope more companies from Sri Lanka will sponsor me in the future. I must also thank my Malaysian Sponsors Ray AX and Sata and also Chronoforce of Hong Kong and they do a lot of publicity for me in Asia. I hope more Sri Lankan companies can use me for their marketing and publicity. I am still carrying the message " WE LOVE AND SUPPORT JAPAN" with the Japanese flag on my car and team ware and I am hoping to do it for whole of this year for all the support and assistance they have given Sri Lanka for the last 4 decades.

Next week will be the first round of the GT3 Asia championship which I will have to defend this year.

Thank you very much for all of you who gives me so much courage and support.
